JOHAN VAN ROMBURGH (LOGISTICS CO-ORDINATOR)
Johan has been involved in Xtreme Clean since 2015 and continues to assist Xtreme Clean part time.
DAVE AND LEIAN (POOL TEAM)
Dave and Leian Eggleton have run the Pool Service since 2016. They are passionate about providing the very best service when it comes to maintaining your pool.
KEISHA PHEIFFER (TEAM OWNER)
Keshia joined our team recently and operates with a slightly smaller team. Keshia is locally born, in Ocean View. Keshia, her husband and 2 kids are staying in Capri. Keshia has been wanting to be in a position to own her own business for a long time and wants to make a difference in the community by giving work and purpose. She has a lot of compassion for people, cares deeply and loves to learn new things. She loves to use any spare time to spend time with her husband and kids.
RENE BRINK (TEAM CO-ORDINATOR)
Rene Brink joined Talita’s team last year in October 2022. She is a Capetonian and grew up in Wynberg. She is energetic and has a very big passion for Cricket and we are proud that she is part of the Western Province indoor Cricket team. She is a peoples person, outgoing and has a deep passion for animals.
SUSAN CLAASEN (TEAM CO-ORDINATOR)
Susan is Joseph’s younger sister. She joined his team last year as a co-ordinator. She was born in Kimberly and raised in Groblersdal; previously, she was in the Beauty Industry. She loves the outdoors, and a big passion for fishing. She is a hard worker and loves people.
LANCE THOMPSON (TEAM CO-ORDINATOR)
Lance is a well known name in the valley, as his father was also in the cleaning industry. Lance, also was the well known face of Stag coffee shop. He is married to Chantall and will soon have their own family; they are very involved in their church. Lance is a gentle peoples person and has an outgoing personality.
JOSPHINE DHLIWAYO (OPERATIONS COMMUNICATOR & TRAINER)
Josphine Dhliwayo, born and Raised in Zimbabwe, has been part of Xtreme Clean since 2014. During 2018, she studied and qualified as a caretaker and didn’t work full time for us anymore, but on her off days she still works for us part time as our Operations Communicator and Trainer. Josphine is fulfilling a very important role in all our staff as we take great pride in their training and in helping them to be the best in what they do.
